Ini merupakan pertandingan IID UiTM yang telah berlangsung di sebuah shopping complex di Sg. Petani, Kedah. Planning saat akhir selalunya tidak begitu mengecewakan. Seminggu juga berhempas pulas dengan team member utk menghasilkan product. Niat sekadar untuk sharing knowledge, gain experience hamper menjadi seller. Tak sangka agak ramai yang berminat dengan product nie, sampai ada yang pujuk agar kami menjualnya.
Caricskin Bread. Nama cam best, kalau rasa memang asyik nak aje. Bahan utama yang digunakan adalah kulit betik (yang selalunya memang akan dibuang begitu sahaja), tepung, bahan penaik, kismis dan walnut. Penciptaan bread ini bertujuan untuk mengalakkan orang ramai untuk menggunakan pakai bahan buangan dalam penciptaan product makanan mereka kerana kadang kala ianya mengandungi khasiat yang tidak kita ketahui.
